Electronic Gift Certificates can be purchased in $10, $25, $50 and $100 denominations and make the perfect gift for all the paper crafters on your list. They are easy for you to buy and easy for the recipient to use.

How do I buy a Gift Certificate?

To buy a Scrap 'n Stamp Electronic Gift Certificate simply go to the Gift Certificate category and then select the denomination(s) and quantity that you would like to purchase. You will then be asked if you would like to notify the recipient of the Gift Certificate and asked to include his/her name, email address and a personal message. When you order is processed after checkout has been completed the recipient will automatically receive a message containing the Gift Certificate Code, information about how to redeem it and your personal message. If you would prefer to have the Gift Certificate sent to your email then you just leave the fields blank on the Notify Recipient page. Whenever a Gift Certificate is purchased you will also receive an Order Confirmation email.

How do I use a Gift Certificate?

To use your Gift Certificate simply enter the Gift Certificate Code contained in the email you received on the Payment page in the box where it says : Enter a Discount or Gift Certificate Code if you have one. Then press recalculate. You can use multiple Gift Certificates on the same order, simply separate the Gift Certificate Codes with a comma.

What if my order is for less than my Gift Certificate?

No problem. Our system will deduct the amount necessary to cover your order and the rest of the funds remain available for a future purchase.

What if my order is for more than my Gift Certificate?

The amount of your Gift Certificate will be deducted from your order and then you will need to select one of our other payment methods to pay the balance.

How do I check the balance on my Gift Certificate?

By logging into your account you can easily check the balance remaining on your Gift Certificate from your account home page.

Do Gift Certificates expire?

No. By law in Canada gift certificates cannot expire.

What do I do if I (or the recipient) don't receive an email with the Gift Certificate Code?

If it more than 24 hours since you placed your order the first thing to do is check your email SPAM or JUNK folders. Sometimes security settings on your computer will send the email there. If you have verified that no emails are in either of these folders then please contact us by email or phone with your order #.

IMPORTANT : Gift Certificates are just like cash and anyone that has the Gift Certificate Code can use it. Please be sure not to lose it as they cannot be reissued.
