How do you ship my order and how much will it cost?

We ship all orders by Canada Post Expedited Parcel service with tracking and insurance.

Orders over $150 are FREE. Otherwise we charge just $18 FLAT RATE on orders under $150. This is less than the actual cost of shipping and handling but we want to make it as economical as possible for you to order from us so we are subsidizing the cost of shipping and paying the difference. Tracking and insurance are included.

When will my order be shipped?

We do our best to ship your order within 3-5 business days. If your order is going to be delayed for any reason we will contact you right away. As soon as your order has been shipped you will receive an email notification with a link to the Canada Post website where you can track your order.

RETURNS

Do you accept returns?

We will gladly accept returns of  defective products within 14 days of your order. You must contact us and we will determine if you should return the defective item or simply receive a store credit. If an item is to be returned it must be sent by Canada Post with tracking and insurance.

When we receive your item(s) a store credit will be issued that you can use towards future purchases. If the item you are returning is not defective a 25% restocking fee will be charged. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
